Ron grew up in New England and has a background in Engineering from University of New Haven. He has more than two decades in the construction industry under his belt, of which 15 years were spent at a high level role for Atwater Paving.

Ron consistently demonstrates excellent operational and strategic business management skills and strives to lead his team and grow his company with a strong sense of moral integrity and commitment to quality work and true customer service.  Highly detailed and goal oriented, he will work tirelessly to make sure the work associated with his company is nothing short of excellent!

Daria is also native to New England. She has extensive experience in business operations thanks to her 23 years of Corporate Leadership experience in a variety of industries. Daria is responsible for building the company’s brand, community and online presence. She strives for a positive customer experience every time.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, she is excited to bring her talents to the paving and construction world. Daria’s work ethic and get it done attitude lets our customers and partners know she is there to help.
